Representatives of the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Consumer Goods Expertise Center subordinate to it will meet on December 18-19, 2023 at the invitation of the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey in order to exchange international experience and information in the field of determining the country of origin of goods. The existing national and international legislation of Azerbaijan and Turkey regarding the determination of the country of origin of the goods, the competent institutions of the countries in this field, the regulations used, the applied electronic information exchange systems and their working principles, the provided electronic, including proactive services, as well as the country of origin of the goods other theoretical and practical aspects of the process of conducting an expert examination on the designation, issuing a certificate on the country of origin of the goods were discussed and experience was exchanged.
