You can access detailed information about your request by logging into your personal account via the e-Keyfiyyet portal.
Information about the status of the work execution
- Under review – The application has been forwarded to the Consumer Goods Expertise Center.
- Debt notification sent – A notification about the debt has been sent to the client (in this case, the execution of the work is suspended until the debt is paid).
- Expertise in progress – The application has been directed to the expertise stage.
- Non-compliance notification sent – A notification has been sent regarding the identified discrepancy in the documents.
- Expertise continues – The client has responded to the notification sent to them (the discrepancy has been resolved).
- Completed – The expertise process has been finalized.
- Rejected – The application review has been rejected based on the official request of the client, or if the client has not responded to the notification within 15 days, or if the submitted documents contain inaccurate or falsified information.
