On April 27, 2007, the company was registered as "Food Products Quality and Safety Bureau" LLC under the "Consumer Market Control State Service".

On April 11, 2008, the name of the institution was changed to "Consumer Goods Expertise Bureau under the State Service for Consumer Market Control" LLC.

On April 17, 2012, the name of the Company was changed again and it was named "Consumer Goods Expertise Center" LLC under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to paragraph 10 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1382 dated June 26, 2021, an instruction was issued to transfer the Limited Liability Company "Consumer Goods Expertise Center" to the State Service of Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Conducting examinations on determining the country of origin of the goods and issuing a document confirming the results - an expert report on determining the country of origin of the goods.
