Farmers and entrepreneurs from Balaken, Gakh, Gabala, Oguz, Zagatala and Sheki districts participated in the festival organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture in partnership with the Consumer Goods Expertise Center, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Confederation of Entrepreneurs.

More than 60 private companies and state institutions operating in the agricultural sector were represented at the event. About 10 banks and non-bank credit organizations participated in the Agrarian Business Festival in order to support the development of entrepreneurship in the region and raise awareness about the provision of concessional loans. In order to promote the calls for the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), which will be hosted by our country in 2024, nature-protecting and climate-friendly technologies were demonstrated at the festival.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the event, the head of the Executive Power of Gabala region Sabuhi Abdullayev, the director of the Agrarian Innovation Center Anar Jafarov, the vice-president of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs Vugar Zeynalov, the deputy director of the Consumer Goods Expertise Center Vidadi Guliyev and the head of the KTN Protocol sector Togrul Gafarbeyli brought together the entrepreneurs and farmers of the Agrarian Business Festivals. have valued it as a platform that makes an important contribution to the awareness process.

Within the framework of the festival, on the occasion of the Day of Entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs who achieved high results within the framework of Agrarian Business Festivals during the first quarter of 2024 were awarded with a letter of appreciation.
