A meeting was held with a delegation led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to our country, Mr. Dmitry Pinevich, at the Consumer Goods Expertise Center under the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Supervision under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the meeting held on July 8, 2025 with the delegation consisting of official representatives of “Minsk Avtomobil Zavodu” OJSC, “Minsk Traktor Zavodu” OJSC, “Bobruyskagromash” OJSC, the national and international legislative rules applied in the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of determining the country of origin of goods in relation to products manufactured in our country by joint ventures were discussed. In particular, an exchange of views was held on the issue of applying procurement concessions within the framework of procurements carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Procurement” and the procedures and rules for formalizing the “Opinion on the origin of goods” issued by the Center, which conditions this concession. The questions of interest to the delegation of the Republic of Belarus were answered by the representatives of the Center, and detailed information was also provided on other services provided.
