The next Agrarian Business Festival was held in Yevlakh city on February 29, 2024, organized by the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Farmers-entrepreneurs from Yevlakh, Barda, Tartar, Goranboy, Sheki and Agdash regions took part in the festival held with the state partnership of "Consumer Goods Expertise Center" LLC under the authority of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the first deputy head of the Yevlakh City Executive Authority, Khalig Aliyev, emphasized that such an event held in the region has a positive significance in terms of expanding opportunities for education and cooperation, and wished the event to be successful for entrepreneurs.

Anar Jafarov, Director of Agrarian Innovation Center, said that Agrarian Business Festivals are a platform designed to deliver modern technologies, novelties and innovations applied in production areas, especially in agriculture, to farmers.

Elshad Hasanov, the adviser to the director of the "Consumer Goods Expertise Center", pointed out that he was represented as a state partner of the Center at the Agrarian Business Festivals, and advised the entrepreneurs engaged in the production of agricultural products to take maximum advantage of these opportunities, and gave brief information about the activities of the Center. After inspecting the stands set up in the open air, the event continued with panel discussions organized within the framework of the festival.

In these discussions, Elshad Hasanov, the adviser to the director representing the Center, made a detailed speech about the main activities of the "Consumer Goods Expertise Center", the new consulting services provided and the "Rule for the Application of Purchase Discount" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 30, 2023, and Questions of interest to entrepreneurs have been answered.
