Ahmadov Emil Rasim

He was born on June 5, 1984 in Baku.

In 2001-2005, he educated in computer engineering and management at Khazar University of Azerbaijan.

In 2005-2007, he educated a master's degree in mineral deposits development at Khazar University of Azerbaijan.

In 2017-2018, he studied Project Management at George Washington University, USA.

In 2006-2008, he worked as a project assistant in the Delegation of the United Nations Development Program in Azerbaijan.

In 2008-2012, he worked as an information technology manager in projects jointly implemented by the State Social Protection Fund and the World Bank.

In 2012-2013, he worked as the head of the information technology group in the project implemented by the Delegation of the United Nations Development Program in Azerbaijan.

In 2013-2015, he worked as a department head, deputy head of department at "Azersu" OJSC.

In 2015-2021, he worked as the head of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies in "Azersu" OJSC, and then as the head of the Department of Electronic Management and Modern Technologies.

In 2021, he worked as the director of the Business Development Department of the public legal entity "Azerbaijan Institute of Metrology" of the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2021-2022, he worked as the head of the Information technologies and electronic management sector of the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

From 21.06.2022, he is acting as the deputy director of the "Consumer Goods Expertise Center" LLC. under the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 20.06.2023, he has been acting as the director of "Consumer Goods Expertise Center" Limited Liability Company.

He is married and has 3 children.
