Guliyev Vidadi Mehiyeddin

He was born on February 23, 1968 in the city of Lachin.

In 1984-1990, he received higher education in Labor economy, economist at the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade.

In 1989-1990, he studied law at the Baku branch of the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics named after Azerbaijan N.A. Voznesensky.

In 1990-1991, he worked as a 2nd grade economist at the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan SSR.In 1991-1993, he worked as a state tax inspector and chief state tax inspector in the General State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 1993-1999, he worked as the deputy head of the State Tax Inspectorate for Baku city.

In 2001-2008, he was the chief state tax inspector at the Yasamal District Tax Department of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the head of the supervision department for the organization of taxpayer audits at the Baku General Tax Department, the chief state tax inspector of the taxpayer audit department at the Baku General Tax Department, the Baku City Tax Department The chief state tax inspector of the "Audit" Department worked as a state tax inspector in the Tax Debt Collection Department of the Baku City Taxes Department Branch No. 1.

In 2008-2010, he worked as a department head in the State Service for Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economic Development.In 2010-2012, he worked as the deputy head of the Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Rights Protection State Service under the Ministry of Economic Development.

In 2012-2017, he worked as the vice-president of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Fund.Since 07.06.2017, he has been working as the deputy director of the "Consumer Goods Expertise Center" Limited Liability Company under the State Service of Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He is married and has 1 child.
